The Mandala Suites - Berlin

Excellent location! center. subway's right out front... Large and comfortable room, simple but new furniture, mattress and bed linen are excellent, sanitary ware worked perfectly. Quite clean and certainly very cozy. Breakfast was not taken, near the hotel a huge number of cafes for every taste. if you like in your room - there is a kitchen with candles, large fridge, etc., near the hotel there are grocery stores.

1) Lived on the ground floor, windows on Kronenstrasse. At the buking, they said that they wanted a quiet room. But even if you do not want a quiet room and you sleep tight (like me) - you can not sleep starting from 5:30. Garbage collection begins in rattling and grinding bins with huge growling and humming garbage trucks and screaming movers. It is impossible to close the windows at all - the ventilation system practically does not work and when the windows are closed there is nothing to breathe ... 2) The reception desk (more precisely, the front desk, as it is called here) works from 8:00 to 23:00, and on weekends even less. If you (like us) arrive at 23:10 - be prepared to go through a simple quest to find the central entrance to get the keys from a friendly guard. It's not difficult, but we didn't find any warnings on the buking. And on other sites, we find all the lies about 24-Hour Front Desk.

Great hotel with an authentic restaurant and welcoming staff. Elegant & quiet room, with a living room, a storage and a larder. Quiet ambience and excellent views of the setting sun.

The hotel on the site offers transfer. Actually it is not, do not count on this service. There wasn't even a frying pan in the kitchen and only one pot and the one too big. No omelette, no egg, no porridge. We took a room with the kitchen in order to be able to, if necessary, prepare your favorite dishes for breakfast or dinner. We always had lunch in a cafe or restaurant. We tried all the national dishes, but in the morning we always wanted the usual food. It didn't work out.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!! Excellent and large Management Suite. Perfect location on Friedrich Strasse, at walking distance from all major historical sites. Great young staff: friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful city view from breakfast room on 8th floor. Nice restaurants nearby (Ramada Suites has no own dinner restaurant). Own underground parking garage. Free morning newspapers delivered to room.

Wifi should really be free (but free internet access via notebooks in business center available). Breakfast good but bit overpriced (no hot food).

The location was great. Hotel is located on a shopping street Friedrichstrasse. Lots of sightseeing with a walkind distance. Stadmitte subway station very near to the hotel, which offers convenient transportation to other parts of the town. Suite was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. This is a very suitable option for city trip.

The restaurant here was good with German cuisine nearby, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

Quality of the structure, succulent breakfast, impeccable position to be at a walking distance from all the main attractions.

Although the breakfast was not included in the lodging costs, we nonetheless tried it and found a little surprising that: - the amount of available seats is definitely, remarkably inconsistent matched against the amount of rooms/potential guests the hotel has; - the waitresses would systematically "promise" that we would be seated soon, but they would..systematically forget about us..and we would end up shrinking in some available corner.
